DGLR-Netzpublikationen sind elektronische Veröffentlichungen der DGLR, die über das Internet verfügbar sind. Veröffentlicht werden wissenschaftliche Beiträge von Veranstaltungen der DGLR sowie Arbeiten der DGLR-Fachausschüsse.
Die Dokumente werden als Monographie veröffentlicht und bei der Deutschen Nationalbibliothek angemeldet. Die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek stellt die Langzeitarchivierung sicher und vergibt für jede Veröffentlichung eine URN. Diese ist ein eindeutiger Bezeichner für die Dokumente zur dauerhaften Identifizierung und zuverlässigen Zitierfähigkeit von Online-Ressourcen. Optional erhalten die Dokumente einen Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
DGLR-Web-Publications are electronic publications of DGLR, which are available on the Internet. Scientific contributions from DGLR events and the work of DGLR expert committees are published. The documents are published as monographs and registered with the German National Library. The German National Library ensures long-term archiving and assigns a URN to each publication. The URN is a unique identifier for the documents, which allows permanent identification and reliable citation of online resources. Optionally, the documents are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).Ablauf: | Publication process

Im Rahmen des Deutschen Luft- und Raumfahrtkongresses haben Sie bei der Vortragsanmeldung die Möglichkeit, die zusätzliche Teilnahme am CEAS-Begutachtungsprozess auszuwählen. Dieser beginnt im Anschluss an den DLRK. Autorinnen und Autoren mit einem durch die Sitzungsleitungen sehr gut bewerteten Vortrag oder Poster erhalten damit die Möglichkeit, ihr Paper in einem der CEAS Journale zu publizieren. Voraussetzung dafür ist die Erklärung der Teilnahme am Begutachtungs¬prozess der CEAS-Journale. Nach Einreichung des Papers bei einem der CEAS-Journale und erfolgreichem Durchlaufen des normalen Peer-Review-Prozesses erfolgt die Veröffentlichung im CEAS Aeronautical Journal oder im CEAS Space Journal (Kurzbeschreibungen siehe unten).
In the context of the German Aerospace Congress, you have the opportunity to opt for additional participation in the CEAS review process when registering your presentation. This process starts after the DLRK. Authors with a presentation or a poster that has been given a high score by the session chairs will be given the opportunity to have their work published in one of the CEAS journals. The prerequisite for this is a declaration of participation in the review process of the CEAS journals. After submission of the paper to one of the CEAS journals and successful completion of the normal peer review process, the paper will be published in the CEAS Aeronautical Journal or the CEAS Space Journal (see below for brief descriptions).
Ablauf des CEAS-Begutachtungsprozesses | Procedure of the CEAS review process
The CEAS Aeronautical Journal and the CEAS Space Journal have been created under the umbrella of CEAS to provide an appropriate platform for excellent scientific publications submitted by scientists and engineers from all over the world. The German Aerospace Center (DLR) and the European Space Agency (ESA) support the Journals, which are published by Springer Nature. The Council of European Aerospace Societies (CEAS) currently comprises twelve European member societies and four corporate members: EASA, ESA, EUROAVIA and EUROCONTROL.
CEAS Aeronautical Journal
The CEAS Aeronautical Journal is dedicated to publishing outstanding results and findings in all areas of aeronautical science and technology as well as new developments in digital design and manufacturing of aircraft, rotorcraft, and unpiloted aerial vehicles. Typical disciplines of interest include flight physics and aerodynamics, aeroelasticity and structural mechanics, aeroacoustics, structures and materials, flight mechanics and flight control, systems engineering, flight guidance, air traffic management, communication, navigation and surveillance, aircraft and aircraft design, rotorcraft and propulsion. A key aspect of growing importance is the mitigation of the aviation-related climate impact. The editor-in-chief is Markus Fischer, Divisional Board Member for Aeronautics, German Aerospace Center (DLR).

CEAS Space Journal
The CEAS Space Journal is devoted to excellent new developments and results in all areas of space-related science and technology, including important spin-off capabilities and applications as well as ground-based support systems and manufacturing advancements. Typical disciplines of interest include mission design and space systems, satellite communications, aerothermodynamics (including physical fluid dynamics), environmental control and life support systems, materials, operations, space debris, optics, optoelectronics and photonics, guidance, navigation and control, mechanisms, propulsion, power, robotics, structures, testing, thermal issues, and small satellites. The editor-in-chief is Hansjörg Dittus, University of Bremen.

Die von den Autorinnen und Autoren zur Verfügung gestellten Dokumente - Paper (Upload im Login-Bereich) oder Abstract (Vortragsanmeldung) - werden für die Kongressteilnehmenden verfügbar (nicht öffentlich!) gemacht und können während des Kongresses über die Kongresswebseite abgerufen werden. Der Download-Bereich ist auch nach dem Kongress mit dem Teilnehmenden-Login erreichbar und ermöglicht auch einen Download aller Dokumente als Paket. Insbesondere sei darauf hingewiesen, das die dort zur Verfügung gestellten Paper NICHT VERÖFFENTLICHT WERDEN bzw.dies nicht die Veröffentlichung darstellt. Diese Paper gelten als vorläufig und sind NICHT zitierfähig! Der eigentliche Veröffentlichungsprozess der eingereichten Paper beginnt NACH dem Kongress.
The documents provided by the authors - paper (upload in the login area) or abstract (submission) - will be made available to the congress participants (not publicly!) and can be accessed via the congress website during the congress. The download area can also be accessed after the congress with the participant login and allows the download of all documents as a package. Please note that the papers made available there WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED. These papers are considered preliminary and are NOT citable! The final publication process of the submitted papers will start AFTER the congress.
